As a Backend Developer, you will design, build, and customize applications to meet the needs of business processes and applications.
- Participate in the release of the Portal App's new version.
- Create a new website with e-commerce functionality. Integrate the customized design plugin into the WordPress site and master the plugin.
- Unit-test code for robustness, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixes and application/system performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features.
- Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies on a continuous basis to maximize development efficiency.
- Provide assistance and mentoring to junior team members.
- Any other tasks assigned by the team leader.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
- Required 1+ years experience in WordPress
- Experience with eCommerce systems (i.e. WooCommerce)
- Custom theme development
- Custom plugin and functionality development
- Hooks, actions, filters, and utilizing theme functions
- Custom post types & taxonomies
- Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
- Knowledge of PHP
- Experience with Sass or SCSS
- JavaScript knowledge and knowledge of popular JavaScript libraries/frameworks
- Skills with responsive & mobile techniques
- Ability to debug front-end site issues using inspector tools
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs
- Experience working with APIs and integrations
- Awareness of SEO & Accessibility Standards
- Experience with using git and git deploy methods
- Having the desire to constantly strive for advancement and betterment.
- The ability to work both independently and in groups.
- Take responsibility for your work. Capability to multitask and work under duress.
- A can-do attitude that is proactive.
