We are seeking experienced and passionate Back-end Engineers (Java or PHP) to build high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications for our clients.You will work on multiple projects, collaborating closely with PMs, front-end developers, DevOps, and QA teams. Responsibilities:Analyze requirements and propose technical solutions, including effort estimation.Design application architecture, structure, and database.Develop and implement APIs.Write unit and integration tests; ensure code quality, security, and performance.Maintain existing systems; troubleshoot and propose improvements.Lead and mentor junior developers.Produce technical and functional documentation when required.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, QC).Engage with clients (mainly Singapore-based) in English.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Required:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development (Java or PHP).Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.Experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.) or PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.).Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.Strong experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL).Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development protocols (MQTT, WebSocket, RPC).Unit testing, integration testing, and code quality best practices.English proficiency for technical communication.Preferred:Experience with microservices architecture.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP).Prior experience with large-scale enterprise applications, Education or Healthcare projects.
