Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development, acquired through full-time employment at a company (freelance experience excluded). Proficient in Java programming language and Spring framework Fluent in English (Interview in English is mandatory) [Preference]: Proficient in Python or C/C++ programming languages.
