Backend Developer (.NET) – ERP/HR Product

API Development: Design, build, and maintain secure, high-performance, and scalable RESTful APIs. HR Business Logic: Implement HR modules such as Time Attendance, Payroll, and Insurance into clean, efficient, and maintainable code using .NET. Database Management: Design optimized schemas in PostgreSQL, write and optimize SQL queries, ensuring data integrity and performance. System Architecture: Contribute to the development of Modular Monolith architecture, ensuring modules are independent, clear, and scalable. Quality & Security: Write Unit Tests/Integration Tests; comply with security standards (OWASP), apply data encryption and logging; ensure alignment with ISO standards. Work closely with Frontend, QA, and Product teams to ensure product stability. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and process improvement. Research and apply new technologies to improve product quality
