We build and operate an integrated ecosystem of platforms, including XNO (AI-powered stock and crypto trading platform), XBrain (AI Agents for finance and macroeconomics), and XNOQuant (quant research and developer community).Trách nhiệm công việc Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for the XNO platform, including: Data ingestion pipelines for financial and alternative data (real-time & historical). APIs and services for quant research, backtesting, and trading execution. Secure authentication, authorization, and user management systems. Optimize system performance for low latency, high throughput trading workloads. Ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability through testing, monitoring, and documentation. Participate in system architecture design and contribute ideas for scaling the platform. Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of backend development experience. Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java. Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar). Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines. Good understanding of ETL pipelines, APIs, and event-driven architecture. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to performance and scalability. Proficiency in English communication. Nice-to-Have Experience with quant trading systems or financial data, stock & crypto markets. Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams).
