Our product combines training, business management, payments, and AI-driven features into one ecosystem.We’re hiring Middle-Senior Backend Engineers to work across multiple business lines - including Core Platform, Payments & Monetization, AI-powered services, and Marketplace systems.If you’re a strong backend engineer who wants to take ownership, work on revenue-critical systems, and grow toward a Lead Engineer role while collaborating with an international team, this role is for you. Your ImpactAt Everfit, backend engineers don’t just “implement tickets.” You design systems that power a global product used by coaches and clients every day. You will:Design, build, and scale backend services using Node.js that directly impact product growth and revenueArchitect and evolve our microservices-based platform as we scale globallyDevelop clean, well-structured RESTful APIs powering web and mobile applicationsTake ownership of backend systems across domains such as:Core product infrastructureSubscription, billing, and payout flowsAI-powered backend servicesMarketplace & partner ecosystemsMake thoughtful architecture decisions that balance scalability, performance, and long-term maintainabilityDesign reliable systems where data integrity and correctness truly matterOperate what you build — monitoring, debugging, and continuously improving production systemsAct as a technical partner to Product, Finance, and AI teams — shaping solutions, not just executing themRaise the engineering bar through code reviews, system design discussions, and mentorshipOwn projects end-to-end — from idea to production to optimizationWe value engineers who take responsibility, think long-term, and care deeply about quality.
