Backend Engineer/Web Developer (Python, .Net, SQL)

Your RoleAs a Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of our AI-driven products. Your primary responsibilities will include:Designing and implementing scalable and efficient backend systems for AI-powered applicationsCollaborating closely with AI researchers and developers to integrate algorithms into productionDevelop robust APIs and services that enable seamless communication between AI models, front-end interfaces, and other system components.Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) to ensure system scalability and cost efficiency.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-functional design sessions to continuously improve the overall system.Stay up to date with emerging technologies in backend development, AI integration, and cloud computing to drive innovation within the team.Ensuring the security and reliability of backend services, particularly in high-stakes educational environmentsRequirementsAt least 5 years of backend development experience with Java or Python or .NetStrong proficiency in SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.Experience in NoSQL design, construction, and operation (Amazon DynamoDB, Azure Cosmos DB, etc.)Solid understanding of API design principles (RESTful, GraphQL) and experience implementing secure, maintainable, and scalable APIs.Experience working with cloud infrastructure — AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway) or Azure (App Service, Functions, Cosmos DB, etc.).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) is a strong plus.Ability to work in a collaborative, R&D-focused environmentPassion for applying AI technology in real-world scenarios, particularly in education
