Backend Manager – Entertainment Tech Platform

What We’re Looking For: 8+ years of experience as a Backend or Software Engineer. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Golang and/or Node.js. Strong expertise with relational databases like MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or T-SQL. Familiarity with NoSQL technologies like MongoDB, ElasticSearch. Experience in developing scalable and high-traffic backend systems. Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, system design. Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP). Knowledge of caching systems, microservices architecture, security, and GDPR compliance. Familiarity with Redis, Aerospike, Kafka, and performance testing tools. Nice to Have:Experience working in OTT, video streaming, or entertainment tech industries.Soft Skills: Strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring skills. Strategic and analytical thinking, with a data-driven mindset. Excellent multitasking, organizational, and risk management abilities. A proactive, passionate, and growth-oriented attitude.
