1. Manages a whole segment of the NPK operations
2. Reports to the factory director
3. Coordinates with all connecting managers (HSE, Maintenance, HR…);
4. Coordinates with external entities for receiving or delivering goods
5. Manages a team of 20 to 80 employees.
6. Ensures total control of its operations 24/7 (3 shifts)
7. Strictly meets the plan and the quality requirements
8. Keeps a good control and protection of the assets.
9. Ensures optimization of all resources (KPIs,…);
10. Strict enforcement of HSE.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Male/Females from 30-50 years old
- University graduated.
- At least 5 years experience working in finished product and/or production and 03 years in manager position is preferred.
- Knowledge of warehousing and/or NPK products is preferred.
- High sense of independence and responsibility
- Management skills, 5S, maintenance,…
- Good communication skills
- Good in English (verbal communication)
- Location: + Phu My IZ, BR-VT, 25 minutes South of Long Thanh high way
+ Ho Chi Minh city
+ Long Thanh – Dong Nai.
