• Check fridge and working area thoroughly to avoid spoilage.
• Check food items prepared by his subordinates and correct any mistakes immediately.
• Alert in energy saving.
• Has knowledge of all bakery items concerning ingredients, bakery techniques and preparation.
• Prepare Bakery for Buffet, Club Lounge and Coffee break
• Interact with individuals outside the Hotel including, but no limited to, clients, suppliers, officials, competitors and other members of the local community, when requested by Ex. Chef.
• Continuously create new show pieces made of chocolate, sugar, bread, cake or other for promotion.
• Ensure production and quality to hotel standard.
• Operate all utensils and machinery in her assigned section.
• Teach his subordinates continuously in order to upgrade quality and production in a professional way.
• Be responsible for minimum spoilage.
• Work according to standard recipes.
• Work with Executive chef, Executive Sous chef about new set up of Bakery for Buffet and Gourmand shop.
• Prepare requisition of all goods needed according to orders.
• Check punctuality of all Ambassadors assigned.
• Do monthly assessment for in-charged Ambassadors.
• Establish and maintains effective Ambassador Relations in his section.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Diploma or degree of Kitchen Profession.
- Experience in hotels, restaurants.
- Knowledge and experience in applying HACCP standards.
