- To follow all banquet service procedure as stated in the Banquet Standards of Performance Manual.
- To ensure that a proper closing of the banquet is done.
- To ensure prompt service during all banqueting functions.
- To ensure that guest satisfaction is met.
- To ensure that buffet is set as per Standards and ready prior to function.
- To ensure that cleaning of banquet equipment are done regularly.
- To ensure that all banquet storage cupboards are neat and tidy.

- Related professional experience, preferable in hotel environment
- Honest, Organized, responsible and attention to detail
