Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages promptly.
- Ensure tables are set up properly and maintained throughout service.
- Be knowledgeable about menu items and provide recommendations to guests.
- Handle guest requests and complaints effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the outlet.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow.
- Process billing and payments when required.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
- Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
- Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
