Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide Front Office staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest service.
- Support team members in achieving goals and maintaining service standards.
- Assist with duty rosters, vacation planning, and manpower scheduling.
- Help prepare and monitor the annual Front Office budget and control expenses.
- Conduct regular checks of front and back areas for cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain accurate administration and submit reports on time.
- Participate in staff selection, training, and performance evaluation.
- Coach and develop team members; enforce discipline when necessary.
- Act as liaison between Front Office Manager and supervisory staff.
- Ensure proper inventory control and issuance of keys and equipment.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor credit limits for in-house guests and take corrective action when needed.

- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
- Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
- Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
