Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals for associates as per menu and schedule.
- Assist in food preparation (cutting, marinating, portioning).
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet internal standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and serving areas.
- Follow food safety regulations (HACCP, hygiene standards).
- Monitor food stock and support receiving and storage.
- Minimize food waste and control costs.
- Support other kitchen tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Chef.

Requirements:

- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
- Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
- Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
