Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct English language training programmes for associates to enhance communication skills in daily operations and guest interactions.
- Design and prepare lesson plans, training materials, and learning activities tailored to the operational needs of different departments.
- Deliver practical English training focusing on hospitality terminology, service standards, and real workplace situations.
- Assess associates’ English proficiency levels and monitor learning progress through tests, observations, and feedback.
- Provide coaching and language support to associates to help them apply English effectively in their daily duties.
- Develop English learning resources and reference materials relevant to hotel operations (e.g., guest communication, service recovery, telephone etiquette).
- Coordinate with department heads to identify language training needs and improve associates’ service communication skills.
- Maintain accurate training records and provide reports on training activities and learning outcomes.
- Support learning and development initiatives organized by the hotel when required.

- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
- Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
- Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
