- Complete the following tasks: - prepare the point of sale and prep area - greet guests and provide waiter service - clean and organize the restaurant and prep area after closing
- Ensure equipment used remains in good condition Communicate and cooperate closely with other departments (kitchen, bar, lobby, banquet, etc.)
