Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and efficient production of the Bar at any time.
- Have proper Bar set up as well as working station organization.
- Keep excellent communication between Bar team and service team.
- Have detailed training plan for Bar team (weekly/ monthly).
- Handle and follow up on any guests complains linked to beverage quality.
- Follow hygiene and safety standard in the entire process of the drinks preparation.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 2 years of experience at the same position
- Fluent communication in English
- Good presentation
- Excellent leadership and training skills.
