- Receives instructions from the Bar supervisor on the various jobs to be carried out.
- Ensures smooth daily operation and cleanliness of his work area.
- Prepares and serve drinks
- Replenish juices and mixes
- Follow appropriate procedures for serving alcohol
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
- Assist your and other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.

- Good communication skills
- Minimum 1 year experiences in Bartender position is preferred
- Diploma/ Certificate in Hotel Management is preferred
