Mô Tả Công Việc
- Prepare a wide range of drinks including cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and smoothies according to standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Adapt seamlessly to various outlet concepts, providing efficient service for high-volume operations or personalized, sophisticated service
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and organized before, during, and after shifts.
- Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and assist in monthly inventory counts.
- Engage with guests at the bar, providing menu recommendations, and upselling signature drinks.
- Adhere to all Food Safety, Hygiene (HACCP), and Alcohol Service policies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Bar Manager or Food and Beverage Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; Sommelier or Mixology certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in 4-5 star hotels or premium lounges, with a strong foundation in mixology, spirits, wine, and barista skills.
- English communication skills
- Energetic, well-groomed, and passionate about the beverage industry.
- High flexibility to work various shifts and rotate between different F&B outlets as required.
