- Operational Management
Ensure all mise-en-place for cocktails and beverages is prepared before service.
Supervise bar setup and staffing to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
Monitor stock levels, ordering, inventory control, and cost management to maximize profitability.
Conduct daily briefings to update the team on VIP guests, special requests, and operational matters.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas.
- Team Leadership & Training
Provide training and guidance to bartenders.
Monitor team performance and report progress to management.
Ensure team members maintain grooming standards and professional conduct.
- Administrative & General Duties
Oversee shift handover and closing procedures.
Maintain strong knowledge of resort facilities and services.
Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or resort bar operation.
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, wine, cocktails, and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg.
