BD Logistics Supervisor

- Being responsible for securing and maintaining new business.- Meeting and exceeding target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.- Contributing to improve in the best practices in sales, and strategic approaches to an account.- Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently.- Identifying portion that need offer quotation: receive information/ inquiry of quotation from assigned customersvia email, phone...- Negotiating selling rates with clients as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.- Supporting Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.- Managing and controlling P/L for assigned customers.- Managing Big Korean customers relation with whole scope (IFF, TRK, CC, WH)- Other tasks followed by superior’s requirements.
