- Job Summary:
The Bellman is responsible for providing the first and last impressions for guests through warm, courteous, and efficient service. This role involves assisting guests with luggage, offering information about hotel services and local attractions, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. The Bellman acts as a key point of contact and brand ambassador on the front line.
- Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist guests with luggage handling, including pickup, delivery, and storage.
Escort guests to their rooms, briefly introducing room features and hotel facilities.
Provide accurate information about hotel services, outlets, events, and local attractions.
Deliver messages, parcels, and items to guest rooms as requested.
Coordinate with the Front Desk and Concierge to ensure seamless guest service.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrance, and bell desk area.
Arrange taxi services and assist with basic valet requests.
Ensure the safe handling and storage of guest luggage and valuables.
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Prior experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Pleasant and presentable appearance with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
Basic knowledge of local areas, attractions, and services.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Flexibility to work in shifts
