1. Reports directly to the Executive Chef.
2. Coordinates information with other departments and other section of Food and Beverage Restaurants.
3. Interacts with guests, suppliers and employee in the absence of the Executive Chef.
4. Takes a responsibility for handling of Event Orders before in the briefing.
5. Performs all secretariat duties, such as: dictating, drafting, incoming and outgoing letters.
6. Updates systematic files and implemented the computerization of all on diskette.
7. Computerizes of all employee lists. Vacation plan, personnel references.
8. Prepares monthly report of Kitchen Training, Goals Progress, Food Cost Recapitulation.
9. Follows up transfer, requisition related to food production.
10. Attends training every year on update of computer program.
11. Keeps confidential all sensitive issue (employee, salary, warning, special project).
12. Performs related duties.
