Menu strategy & development1. Conduct market and menu assessment, guest preferences and trend analysis to stay competitive and relevant.2. Lead a team of Head Baristas/bartenders to develop new and seasonal drinks.3. Manage new drink launches from the timeline, the R&D, photoshoot, product information, training, and implementation.4. Analyze the sales and feedback of new product launches.Operation & quality control1. Monitor the beverage preparation methods, and recipes.2. Conduct weekly store visits of all places, provide reports and ensure implementation of those reports.3. Conduct training sessions with bar and operation team on the menu and bar operation.4. Oversees, lead and review the Head Bar team across the different brands and stores.New store opening1. Work on new store/project opening leading the Bar side leading the following steps according to the timeline and budget.

* Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field (preferred)• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role• Strong background in beverage operations, including coffee, tea and alcoholic drinks• Proficient in cost control, budgeting, and supplier negotiation• Excellent leadership and team management skills• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities• Proficiency in English is required** Benefits• Salary based on experience and skillsets.• Social security and health insurance.• Annual leave.
