● To be a mixologist/Barista, providing technical supports (R&D, training, demonstrating.. ect) for all clients of LongBeach, especially key accounts;● Research & innovate drink concepts and update drinking trend for customer's LTO as well as internal communication;● Manage, operate & preserve LongBeach studio;● Following up and executing all LongBeach brand’s activations and sponsorship/events according to plan (measurement, analysis, and propose adjusting plan);● Setup and operating and report of LongBeach branding activities monthly;● Support sales team to get more customers;● To assist, operate & participating in events in request as Road Show and Exhibitions (Such as Food and Hotel Vietnam, Cafe Show, VIETFOOD or related exhibition);● Take responsible work as assigned and Report to supervisors upon request.Location: Ho Chi Minh City and Nationwide (Vietnam)Reports to: Sales Director (in Thailand) / BI Manager; Sales Manager (Vietnam)Conditions of Service: Full-time

Qualifications / Skills:● Passion for food and beverage trends and the hospitality industry● Ability to build strong relationships internally and network externally● Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills plus the ability to flex your style to reflect key customer needs.● Sound commercial acumen ● Well organized and ability to meet deadlines through strong project management discipline.● Some flexibility regarding working hours and be willing to travel (circa 30% traveling nationwide) Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:● At least 3 years of experience in the same position● Good command of written and spoken English/ Vietnamese● Interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills● Able to travel upcountry occasionally● Language: Vietnamese (Proficient) and English (Proficient)
