ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS• Author Models using Revit in accordance with the BIM Standards/Guidelines defined by Obayashi Vietnam Corporation, as directed by the Discipline BIM Lead.• Clearly understand the importance of following established BIM workflow and BEP (BIM Execution Plan) defined by Obayashi Vietnam Corporation.• Comply with the BIM Standards/Guidelines and proactively communicate any issues or necessary modifications to the BIM leads.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualification: University graduate with Architect major.Able to communicate in English (Japanese language skills is also a plus.)Computer skill: Have good knowledge of architectures and related software.Experiences:• Have architectural knowledge including introductory knowledge of Structure and MEP, andskills in software related to our work (Ideally, 2+ years of Revit experience is preferred.)• Able to communicate effectively on both BIM and Design matters to facilitate BIM projects.(Communication skills related to construction, leveraging BIM, are also a plus.)Others:• Actively learn from and share internal BIM experience by identifying challenges in pastprojects and proposing practical improvements.• Actively improve coordination effectiveness within our Design team by utilizing the BEP(BIM Execution Plan) for model-based information sharing and communication• Actively improve Model quality by engaging in communication with our Design team tothoroughly understand the reasons behind internal standards/guidelines, ensuring theireffective and purposeful application in projects
