Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on TON and EVM-based blockchains.
Implement and optimize tokenomics, staking, governance, and reward mechanisms.
Integrate smart contracts with backend APIs and dApp / Telegram Mini Apps.
Perform code reviews, security audits, and gas optimization.
Research and apply emerging blockchain technologies (Layer 2, cross-chain, wallets, etc.).
Collaborate closely with backend and frontend teams to deliver complete blockchain products.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Must have skills:
2+ years of experience in blockchain or decentralized application development.
Strong proficiency in Solidity and deep understanding of EVM architecture.
Hands-on experience with TON Blockchain:
Writing contracts using FunC / Tact / Jetton standards.
Integration via TON SDK / TonConnect.
Solid understanding of DeFi protocols, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, TIP-3).
Experience integrating blockchain with backend services (NestJS / FastAPI / NodeJS).
Proficient in Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile development.
Soft skills:
Passionate about programming, smart and solving the problems.
English skills, especially in reading technical documents.
