Bond Issuance Advisory Manager

• Lead structuring of bond transactions, including deal terms, security package, covenants, and execution roadmap• Work closely with investors to present opportunities, and negotiate commercial terms• Coordinate preparation of transaction documents: Offering Circular/Prospectus, Term Sheet, Agency & related agreements• Drive regulatory processes with SSC, HNX, HOSE, VSD and other authorities• Collaborate with internal bank (treasury, credit, legal, risk, syndication) to deliver end-to-end execution• Develop relationships with institutional investors, and distribution partners• Leverage the bank network to originate deals and expand investor coverage• Explore cross-product opportunities including covered warrants, equity capital markets, structured financing, and equity transactions
