Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategies to meet branch sales targets and business growth objectives.Identify local market opportunities and build relationships with new and existing customers.Promote branch services/products to drive customer acquisition and retention.Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptlyLeadership & Team ManagementSupervise, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team goals. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and updates. Provide training and development opportunities for team members. Address and resolve employee performance issues effectivelyTeam Support & Coordination:Supervise and motivate the sales team, providing training and guidance as needed.Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for audio products.Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on team performance and sales activity.Operations Management:Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards. Monitor branch performance metrics, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Manage the branch budget and financial performance. Ensure exceptional service delivery to build trust and loyalty. Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements. Ensure all branch operations are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Oversee security protocols to protect branch assetsReporting:Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance to senior management.Analyze data and provide insights to improve branch operations and achieve strategic goals.

Must have:At least 03 years of experience in Sales; Marketing, Bussiness Adminstration.Proficient (intermediate) skills on MS Office software pack. Referred and Plus:Have experience with Audio Equipment field or Similar. Good relationship with Audio/Electronics Dealers and Channels (retailer-wholesalers), especially in North Side Have extensive knowledge and experience in using data analytics tools, such as Power BI, Excel.Education and Language:Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Upper Intermediate Level (B2) in English.Basic Qualifications:Leadership and team-building skills.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Training and Coaching Skills.Be able to adapt and get along to different cultures and persons.
