Key Responsibilities:• Develop, execute, and monitor brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market positioning• Manage social media platforms (content creation, audience engagement, and campaign execution) to increase brand awareness and drive traffic• Work with influencers, KOLs, and affiliate partners to amplify reach and strengthen community engagement• Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies to create compelling, on-brand content and campaigns• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities• Analyze campaign results and marketing data to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements• Support the rollout of product launches, promotional events, and brand activations• Ensure brand consistency across all touch-points and platforms• Participate in cross-border collaboration, aligning strategies and campaigns with regional teams

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Minimum 2 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field, preferably in FMCG or health-related industries• Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and brand communication• Proven experience in managing social media channels and content strategy• Excellent skills in communication, storytelling, and visual branding• Experience working with influencers/KOLs and affiliate networks• Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically• A self-starter who thrives both independently and within teams• Fluent in English (written and verbal)• Familiarity with the health and FMCG industry is a strong advantage
