Act as a bridge between Japanese web directors/clients and the Vietnam development team. Communicate clearly with clients in Japanese to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements. Translate requirements, specifications, and documents between Japanese and Vietnamese as needed. Support the development team throughout the website development lifecycle. Participate in project planning, progress tracking, and issue management. Ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented by the development team. Join meetings with clients and internal teams to report progress and resolve issues.

Japanese communication skills: business level or above (spoken and written). 1-2 years of experience in a BrSE or similar position. Experience working on website development projects. Good understanding of web development processes and basic technical knowledge. Ability to work as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience working with Japanese clients or Japanese companies.
