REQUIREMENTS Communication skills: fluent in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) Graduated from Information Technology or related majors. Experience of 2–3 years or more in roles such as coding, comtor, tester, QC, designer, or BA (Fresher accepted) Experience working with Japanese companies. Possess skills in analysis, solution proposal, reporting, troubleshooting, research, and requirement management. Proficient in relevant IT tools. Good logical thinking and able to work under high pressure Good in English is a plus.
