- This impacts the effective communication of information to department heads and colleagues at the project.
- Implementing all policies and procedures under the direction of the Building Manager in a complete manner.
- Arrange appointments/meetings for the Managing Director as requested, attend and take minutes of meetings as required.
- Ensure efficient daily management of the building's operations.
- Ensure that the needs/requests for services from residents are noted and addressed in a timely manner.
- Organize and coordinate events as requested, such as resident meetings, Christmas and New Year parties, etc.
- Work and establish good relationships with local authorities on matters related to the job.
- Work with suppliers and ensure that services/products are provided professionally and on time.
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively, according to company guidelines.
- Ensure proper supervision is conducted to maintain all public services, including air conditioning systems, fire protection equipment, swimming pool, generators, security and safety systems, and all other building-related public services.
- Maintain good working relationships and cooperation with all other departments.
- Assist Receptionists in updating residents/ tenants list, including temporary guests etc. Reasonably cooperate and coordinate with the Receptionists to resolve any problems which may occur at reception.
