Business Analyst (Chinese both verbal and write)

By joining HONGTHAI, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects. - Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients and Chinese stakeholders to gather, analyze, and Chinese document business needs, objectives, and challenges.- Documentation: Create and manage documentation (e.g., SRS, BRD, Use Case, and Flow Diagrams) while ensuring clear communication with technical teams and Chinese stakeholders.- Solution Recommendation: Propose process improvements, evaluate solutions, and collaborate with development teams to meet business requirements.- Testing & Validation: Support UAT, ensure deliverables align with requirements, and assist end-users during system acceptance.- Implementation Support: Facilitate system deployment, provide end-user training, and gather feedback for improvements.- Project Management: Contribute to managing timelines, resources, and deliverables while preparing Chinese reports and updates for stakeholders.
