Job OverviewWe are a fast-growing securities firm in Vietnam undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation. As part of our strategy, we are enhancing our core business systems and developing platforms to support sales performance, commission structures, and customer engagement.We are seeking a talented Business Analyst (BA) to join our Technology Division and work across multiple business-critical platforms. The BA will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into system requirements, and support the design and delivery of effective and scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities• Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for digital banking products: Deposit, Bond/CD, Fund and other Services integration.• Document business and operational processes, identify gaps, and recommend system improvements or automation opportunities.• Translate business needs into clear and structured requirements (PRD, TDD, process flows, etc.).• Coordinate with technical teams and external vendors to ensure solutions meet business expectations.• Participate in solution design discussions, system testing, UAT, and user training.• Help ensure that system developments align with industry best practices and local regulations.• Support ongoing enhancements and change requests as business needs evolve.

Must-Have:• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in financial services or technology-driven environments.• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into structured technical requirements.• Familiar with technical aspects: API, Database, Microservices, Events and Logs.• Good understanding of business domains such as securities operations, customer services, sales performance, and customer incentive programs.• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.• Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English (written and spoken).Nice-to-Have:• Experience in the Securities, Banking, or Fintechindustry.• Knowledge of data flows, system integrations, and reporting logic.• Experience working with Agile or hybrid project delivery models.• Enthusiasm in banking products and personal finance topic.
