Create business process models and write related requirement documents (BRD, FSD, User Stories, etc.). Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate understanding of requirements and propose suitable solutions. Participate in testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets user needs. Assist in training, deployment, and guiding end-users on how to operate the system. Continuously track and update processes, products, and improvements. Provide business consulting and digital solutions in digital transformation projects. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years’ experience in insurance operations or product/process management; FinTech or Insurance experience preferred. Strong understanding of insurance workflows and digital transformation, such as policy management, claims, underwriting. Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Knowledge of business analysis techniques (UML/BPMN), API technology, data security, and insurance regulations and good writing skills for BRD, FSD, User Story. Familiar with tools: Jira, Figma, Draw.io, Excel, SQL is preferred. Proficient in English or Chinese.
