•Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights to support decision-making
•Develop and maintain business reports to provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for new reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements based on insights from data analysis
• Identify areas for cost optimization and provide recommendations to reduce expenses based on data insights
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth and report findings to management
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for increased customer satisfaction and report findings to management
• Assist in the development of business cases for new products and services based on data analysis
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly monitoring data quality
• Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business decision-making
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Business English, Information Technology, or Supply Chain Management is required
• Fresh graduate or experienced in corporate operation environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView to generate business reports and dashboards
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools is required.
