- Studying business functions; gather, understand business process requirements according to company standards.
- Analyze and clarify requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams to automate or improve existing systems/procedures.
- Recommend potential solutions for the specified business requirements. Determine system change
- requirements and impact. Take part in designing stages and implementing projects.
- Effectively communicate with IT development teams, vendors, and business users to deliver functional requirements like GUI designs, system testing; possibly perform SIT if needed.
- Act as an interface between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
- Assist business users in training, acceptance testing and preparation for go-live.
- Perform the role of Quality Assurance when the system is ready.
- Other tasks are assigned by Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of software development experience as Business Analyst or IT supporter or equivalent experience.
- Have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Excellent in using Microsoft Office. Experience in software development and deployment is an advantage
- Experience in Quality Assurance is a plus.
- Good at analysis and problem-solving skills, well-organized.
- Good at interpersonal, teamwork and communications skills.
- Good at project management, and customer service skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
