Responsibilities:• Work directly with the Product Development teams to plan the key product features/improvements.• Define sitemap, layout pages of a new feature.• Write detailed specs for the development team and work with them to assure that the features are delivered as requested.• Implement requirements but ensure it’s suitable and reasonable to satisfy the user demands/needs.• Collaborate with different teams (Quality Control team, Product team, Designers, and Development team) to ideate the possible solutions, analyze the pros and cons to compare and choose the best fit solution.• Validate solutions with users by using mockups, prototypes, and/or presentations.• Assist the QA/QC team in developing test plans, performing integration tests, and user acceptance testing.• Maintain product roadmap and feature completions. Notify other teams for important changelogs or upcoming features.• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

• Graduate majoring in IT, Business, Economics - Finance or equivalent.• At least 4 years as a BA position.• Having a strong understanding about the working flow of functions of Web/App.• BA overall skills (elicit requirement, analyze information, create technical documents).• Familiar with software development processes such as Agile (Scrum), Waterfall.• Participate in the prioritization process and manage prioritizing App issues/defects.• Willing to learn new things and take the ownership of some specific domains.• Fluent English to be able to communicate face to face.• Having strong logical thinking, critical thinking, negotiation skills.• Having technical knowledge is a plus.• Basic communication English.What we offer:● A competitive salary package that fits your skills, experiences, and contributions.● Supporting staff with accommodation, meals, and working visa.● Holiday and New Year bonus.● Provision of necessary working equipment (MacBook, Iphone).● A professional, dynamic, and inclusive working environment.● Expense support for employees to visit home: twice a year
