As a BA, you’ll turn complex ideas into clear, actionable deliverables—ensuring we deliver real value to clients and hit key milestones.As we expand, we’re seeking someone eager to grow into a key role over time—such as a Product Manager or BA Manager. You’ll collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and help shape our BA practices from the ground up. Responsibilities1. Stakeholder & Team Communication Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into user stories, use cases and functional requirements. Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the product vision, backlog, roadmap, and priorities. Work closely with Devs, QA, and Designers to define system design, and validate test cases. Track project status, identify blockers, and ensure timely delivery. 2. Business & Technical Analysis Prepare and maintain documentation such as BRD, FRDs, and process diagrams. Create wireframes and diagrams using any tools like Figma, Visily, Miro, Draw.io, or others as preferred. Conduct post-release analysis to evaluate feature adoption and user engagement. 3. Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to optimize development workflows.
