The role is responsible for supporting and improving the organization’s products, services and software engineering through data analysis, while remaining aligned with strategies, commitments, and goals of the organization.Trách nhiệm công việc
Responsible for addressing complex business issues and providing quality business analytics IT solutions to our customers.
Actively participate in the user requirement gathering with the Account Manager, outlining the business needs of the customer and prioritizing the features of the product.
Able to interpret customers’ business requirements and complex insights into application requirements for the relative teams (i.e., Design team, Product team, Support team, etc).
Responsible for the delivery of Functional and Technical specifications.
The role is expected to have leadership skills as he/she will work closely with the project team to deliver the product according to specification as well as supporting the Project Manager in identifying gaps, tracking design and development tasks assigned to the project team members.
Responsible for conducting user acceptance test (UAT) and Admin/User training (if required).
During Go-Live, the Business Analyst works closely with the Project Manager and technical team to ensure the solution is rolled out smoothly to the customer.
Participate and support the Project manager in team retrospective and Sprint reviews.
Support the Product Development team in identifying and assessing market opportunities, products and best practices in the similar industry.

Act as a problem solver since the Business Analyst is the first point of contact for developers and designers to review progress, outputs and resolve technical issues.
Strong adaptability required in our fast-paced organization
Highly proactive, with the ability to act fast and quick in resolving technical or user requirement matters.
Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to speak to stakeholders and customers in addressing business concerns.
Strong verbal and written communications in both English

Diploma/Degree or equivalent related to Computer Science or Information Technology
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environment role particularly in Shared Services for E-Commerce or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
Minimum 5 years of overall IT experience in software development in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall SDLC.
Familiar with HTML and web application development technologies, including multi- platform/browser support is a plus
Experience with Jira or any software testing tools is a plus.
