Business Analysis:
Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases).
Analyze transportation and fleet management workflows and recommend optimized solutions.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ensure features and functionalities align with business needs through UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Stakeholder & Client Management:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of business requirements, expectations, and project outcomes.
Provide training and documentation to support software adoption.
Project Management (Bonus Skills):
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Track project progress, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Experience:
2+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management.
Proven experience in software development projects, preferably in transportation, logistics, or fleet management.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Experience working with GIS, GPS, routing, or transport management systems is a plus.
Skills:
Strong project planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.
Proficiency in project management and BA tools (JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, Confluence, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SQL, REST API, and data analysis is an advantage.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or Agile certifications are a plus.
