BUSINESS ANALYST

Trách nhiệm công việc Join business projects and work directly with clients and internal users. Conduct interviews to gather and clarify business needs. Identify customer issues and propose effective, practical solutions Analyze, organize, and document requirements clearly and logically. Create business proposals, requirement documents, wireframes, and mockups. Work closely with PM/PO to define features, user flows, and system requirements. Collaborate with Development, UI/UX, and QA teams to ensure correct implementation. Support the Development team in requirement clarification throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct market and user research to support product direction. Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Graduated from university within the last 5 years). Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience in implementing web-based systems and business process software. Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Experience in creating workflows, user stories, and specification documents. Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Figma Basic understanding of databases and SQL. Familiarity with UML or business process modeling techniques. Strong communication skills with experience working with internal, external stakeholders and presentation skills. Problem-solving mindset and investigative thinking.
