Analyze current workflows, data flows, and user journeys in depth, then translate those findings into concise Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), detailed user stories, and testable acceptance criteria. Determine project scope, divide work into logical phases, create detailed timelines, and actively track progress—anticipating risks and driving corrective actions to keep deliverables on schedule. Generate solution options (process changes, feature enhancements, or third-party integrations), perform feasibility and ROI analyses, and partner with engineering leads to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in staging or production. REQUIREMENTS Nationality: Vietnamese Fluent in English. (Proficiency in advanced level English required) Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field Experience in developing new businesses or planning and implementing new projects of IT Understanding of IT system and database architecture(IT System & Database Architecture) Knowledge of system integration of IT systems(System Integration) [Preference]: 3 + years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT(SaaS, AI, or fintech domains) , acquired through full-time employment at a company (freelance experience excluded). [Preference]: Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping (BPMN/UML), and agile methodologies. [Preference]: Ability to read and analyze technical documents and research papers in English [Preference]: Proactive, positive personality with a strong sense of ownership and task completion [Preference]: Strong analytical mindset, excellent written/verbal communication in English and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
