Coordinate with business to unify solutions and initiatives to develop internal software for the bank. Comply with company’s brand identity standards and standard design systems. Comply with company’s processes/regulations. Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn At least 3 years of experience with BA Have experience in finance and banking is PLUS In-depth knowledge of banking operations such as Citad, SWIFT, tax declaration, transaction checking, and reconciliation. Proven experience in: Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements (at least 2 years). Designing system solutions and preparing functional/business specification documents (at least 2 years). Proficient in SQL queries; experience with Oracle databases is preferred. Skilled in creating key documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD). Ability to read and comprehend technical documents in English; English communication is a plus. Detail-oriented, with strong logical thinking and a proactive approach to learning and applying new technology solutions. Capable of performing unit testing before delivering to the QC team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Proactive in reporting progress and work status to management on a regular basis.
