Business Analyst

We are looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Business Analyst  with a strong background in IT and software development.Responsibilities Obtain high-level functional requirements from internal stakeholders or customers.Actively communicate with stakeholders to clarify any requirements.Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders through various techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and process analysis.Process Analysis: Map and analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.Solution Design: Collaborate with development and product teams to design and propose effective and scalable solutions that meet business needs.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (FRS, BRD etc..), functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Testing & Validation: Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure the delivered solution meets the documented requirements.Data Analysis: Utilize data to identify trends, measure performance, and support decision-making.Change(history) Management: Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new processes or systems with patch notes.
