Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be in-charge of the following:Writing the customer proposalsUnderstanding the client’s business needs, capturing the domain expertise that the client has, and translating this accurately into a succinct requirements documentationAt every stage of Business Analysis process, you must try to understand the needs of the project stakeholders and work accordingly to satisfy them with appropriate solutionsInterviewing the domain experts at the client company to capture all relevant domain knowledgeThe project stakeholders might get confused if the business analyst uses complex technical language to explain things. So, the challenge is to simplify things for better understanding and interpretation of the clients’ requirementsInvolved in the blueprinting process and documentation of the client’s business requirements in detail (using user stories) with all assumptions and caveats includedDefining quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional requirementsParticipating in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents. Participating in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctlyServing as an internal point of contact for Development team whenever requirements need to be clarifiedAssisting the sales team on pre-sales opportunities by participating in pre-sales meetings and analyzing RFP documentation.
