Neyu is seeking a Manager – Business Analyst to lead business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation for Telesales, CRM, and ERP systems. This role acts as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring that digital solutions align with business objectives, drive efficiency, and improve system performance. Key Responsibilities:1. Business Analysis & Process Optimization
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Marketing, CRM, ERP, and Telesales platforms.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing process improvements to enhance operational performance.
Work closely with Product Manager and Software development Teams to develop and implement scalable digital solutions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand business needs and ensure system enhancements align with real-world challenges.
Keep track of industry trends to suggest AI-driven automation and MarTech innovations that optimize sales and customer engagement.
2. Product Roadmap & Backlog Management
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Manager to ensure high-impact features are delivered.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics, supporting Agile development processes.
Ensure all system improvements align with long-term scalability, usability, and performance goals.
3. System Modeling & Documentation
Utilize UML, BPMN, and data flow diagrams to document business processes and system workflows.
Create structured documentation covering business logic, wireframes, and API integration requirements.
4. Agile Project Management & Implementation
Work closely with Product and IT teams to implement Agile methodologies for project delivery.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters to maintain efficient sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Ensure smooth execution of system upgrades, automation initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a liaison between business, sales, marketing, and technology teams, ensuring alignment between system capabilities and business goals.
Provide data-driven insights and reports on system performance, efficiency improvements, and business impact.
Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to refine system requirements and user experience.
6. AI, Automation & Emerging Tech Trends
Keep up with AI-driven process automation, machine learning applications, and predictive analytics for CRM and ERP optimization.
Identify opportunities for AI-enhanced customer engagement, chatbots, and automation-driven sales processes.
Stay updated on MarTech, CRM evolution, and new automation tools that can improve workflow efficiency.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience:
At least 7 years as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
Experience working with Marketing, CRM, ERP, or Telesales platforms in fast-paced business environments.
Exposure to AI-driven business automation is a plus.
Technical & Business Skills:
Strong expertise in business process analysis, system optimization, and CRM/ERP enhancement.
Understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog management, and digital transformation strategies.
Proficiency in UML, BPMN, wireframing, and data modeling techniques.
Knowledge of API integrations, SQL, and data-driven decision-making. Tools & Technologies
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Figma or similar tools.
Basic understanding of AI-driven analytics, automation platforms, and MarTech tools.
Familiarity with workflow automation tools is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to bridge the gap between business and tech teams.
Problem-solving mindset with a structured approach to defining business needs.
Strong leadership and people management skills to mentor and guide a BA team.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA, PMP, or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
