Business Analyst (Life Insurance Project)

Job Purpose- The job holder will assist in gathering and analyzing business issues through internal and external sources to provide insights for decision making.- The job holder will works closely with tribe members to understand business requirements and provides specific reports and analysis.Key Accountabilities (1)A. Reporting and Documentation- Work closely with tribe members to understand and document business objectives and processes while suggesting modifications and improvements for better efficiencies.- Assist senior tribe members in creating, analyzing and validating detailed functional specifications.- Support system testing and create documentation / user manuals along with tribe members.B. Research and Analysis- Gather market trends and internal data to conduct analysis based on business problems and needs.- Develop informative and actionable reports that highlight business trends and opportunities for improvement.- Identify and report trends and patterns to construct forecast on business plans.Key Relationships - Internal StakeholdersTeams within the Digital Office and relevant departments in the BankKey Relationships - External StakeholdersCustomers, partners providing professional services
