Business Analyst (Securities, Banking Service)

We are a fast-growing securities firm in Vietnam undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation. As part of our strategy, we are enhancing our core business systems and developing platforms to support sales performance, commission structures, and customer engagement.We are seeking a talented Business Analyst (BA) to join our Technology Division and work across multiple business-critical platforms. The BA will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into system requirements, and support the design and delivery of effective and scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for both core operational systems and sales-related platforms. Document business processes, identify gaps, and recommend system improvements or automation opportunities. Translate business needs into clear and structured requirements (PRD, user stories, process flows, etc.). Coordinate with technical teams and external vendors to ensure solutions meet business expectations. Participate in solution design discussions, system testing, UAT, and user onboarding. Help ensure that system developments align with industry best practices and local regulations. Support ongoing enhancements and change requests as business needs evolve.
